The Philadelphia AIDSconsortium

The Consortium's Board of Directors and staff believe that the fight against HIV/AIDS is the new battleground for the civil rights of all people; specifically, for persons of color, for women and for the poor. It is our conviction that the individual is the agent for social transformation. Each of us at the Consortium is committed to making a real difference in the lives of persons infected and affected by HIV/AIDS.
