The Laird Hotel

The Laird Hotel is has been operating as an exclusively gay venue for over twenty years, one of the longest consistent operating records anywhere in the world. It is open seven nights a week and combines an industrial look with a cruising atmosphere, open fire places and beer garden. It is the only hotel in Victoria to have been granted Male Only status by the Australian legal system in deference to its history and service to the gay community. It caters to a wide range of men, and is a great place to meet up with locals and visitors from around the world.
