Noir Leather is a fetish fashion boutique specializing in club wear and bondage accessories, and has been around for over 20 years. Noir hosts bi-monthly fetish parties. The parties are a great place to meet like minded people. There is usually a play area with bondage furniture, as well as a live stage show. They are held at clubs around the Detroit area.
