The Lesbian and Gay Country Music Association

We are an organization of openly gay singers, instrumentalists, songwriters, performers and dancers (and our supporters) who write, perform, sing or enjoy country music. LGCMA was formed in 1998 to organize and direct efforts to enlighten the mainstream culture by promoting and supporting openly Lesbian and Gay country performers. We also work to educate our own LGBT culture about the diversity in our own communities by presenting and promoting country culture/ country music based events for gays and lesbians.
