Same-sex Marriage Vote

Since August 2003, this site has been tracking how MPs will vote on same-sex marriage in Canada's House of Commons. The Liberal government of Canada has introduced a bill (C-38) that grants gays and lesbians the right to marry. This is an important bill because it finally grants same-sex couples equality before the law, the great promise of the Charter of Rights.
